Associates

When working with clients our approach is to engage the whole management population in a coaching project. This means that we frequently experience ‘peaks’ and it is our practice to work with preferred associates to assist us.

Due to our growth we are looking to expand our team of associates and would like to invite experienced individuals to contact us and discuss this opportunity further. Ideally you will be a sole practitioner with a number of years experience and be keen to implement the Discovery Coaching process and work under the DCL banner for specific projects.

Currently we are looking for associates prepared to work in Central Scotland and/or North West of England.

Vacancy: Management Coach

Our growth and business development requires us to recruit a new Management Coach to join the team. You may currently be an independent coaching practitioner or an experienced manager looking to transition your career.

Full training on the Discovery Coaching methodology will be provided together with support for further professional development.

This position is based in Scotland.
